Ottie International Co., Ltd. (“we”) explains below how personal information is handled on the Platinum Aura highlight website.
1. Information and purposes
This website introduces our brand and products. It has no membership registration, checkout or on-site inquiry form. We accept consumer and business inquiries by email, but do not accept product orders through inquiries.

Optional analytics runs only after you choose ‘Allow analytics’. You can change your choice through ‘Privacy settings’ at the bottom of any page.
2. Retention
- Email inquiries are retained for up to one year after the inquiry is closed, then deleted. Information subject to a separate legal retention obligation is kept separately for the required period.
- Automatically collected information is retained for its processing purpose. Cookie durations are described in the Cookie Policy; genuinely anonymised statistics may be retained without identifying individuals.
3. Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers below for their stated functions, or disclosed when required by a lawful request.

Requests to these services may transmit an IP address, device/browser information and request records. Email addresses and message contents are processed through Google Workspace when you email us. Processing may take place outside your country, including in the United States, depending on each provider’s infrastructure. Our Google Workspace data region is set to “No preference”; we do not represent that emails are stored exclusively in a particular country.

Purchases take place on external official retail channels. Their own privacy notices apply to checkout and payment.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and may object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us below; we will review and respond promptly. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country.
6. Deletion and protection
We delete information when its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled, unless continued retention is legally required. Electronic files are securely deleted and paper records are shredded or destroyed. Access is limited to personnel who need the information for their work.
